School Hours
SCHOOL HOURS – these are our usual school hours.
Weekly: 32.5 hours
All Classes:
8.35am – 3.15pm (gates open at 8.35am)
School begins at 8.45am and the children are able to go into their classrooms from 8:35am each day. All children should enter through the small gate next to the office.
The school day ends at 3.15pm for all classes. The children are collected from the playground.
The gates (both the one next to the main building and the small gate by the friendship garden) are opened at 3:00pm each afternoon. For safeguarding reasons, please let us know if your child is to go home with a different adult.
Other Collection Information
ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES DURING THE SCHOOL DAY
Please ensure that if your child arrives after registration or is taken out during the school day that he/she is signed in or out of school. This information is required to safeguard the children generally and particularly in the event of a fire or an emergency.
MEDICAL & DENTAL APPOINTMENTS
Although we appreciate that this is sometimes unavoidable, please where possible, try to make appointments outside of school hours and during holidays, especially for routine check-ups. Please provide proof of appointments to the school office.
PARKING
In the interest of safety, please respect the road markings and village residents when parking.
Any parents who feel that they may be entitled to transport for their child to get to school should make enquiries to the Area Education Office.
